- Training -
We have a new training centre to ensure that apprentice training is the best available.
- HIRING -
You may openly solicit a job, or, employers may name-hire you at their request. Where specific name-hiring is not involved, we revert to a list-hiring system where the person on the top goes out first on job calls.
- Involvement -
• Monthly meetings are held to encourage involvement by members. Issues and policies are discussed and voted on by all members. All decisions are made this way.
• Active members make an active union!
• Social events such as BBQ's, sports tournaments, charity events, etc. happen often.
