The Ontario Sheet Metal Training Centre opened in April 2007. It is the result of a joint venture between unionized sheet metal workers and their employer counterparts in the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors of Ontario’s construction industry.
Mandatory Night School, 10 classes each year of apprenticeship which includes both shop and in class training, to assist them through the apprenticeship process and keep their skills and knowledge sharp.
Our apprentices have a higher success rate at passing the CFQ.
We provide CWB welding and re-testing.
